After studying computer science, I worked for 9 years in logistics and 5 years as an online e-commerce system administrator at H & M Logistik & Co. There I gained experience in strategy and project development, the implementation of complex logistics and IT solutions, business process optimization and project management.
I discovered my passion for the international transport and transport industry early in my career. In 2007, with my business partner from Germany, I faced the great challenge of profitably reducing the overstock of a large computer order.

After many discussions with other business people, one thing became clear to me - the majority of European companies do not know about their opportunities in the growth markets of Africa. I recognized the need to meet the growing demands of many entrepreneurs for international expertise. With the founding of Federia Germany and our placement and consulting activities, this gap should be closed.
Many medium-sized companies already benefit from my close-knit network in 20 African countries today. My background in IT and e-commerce makes me realize that society faces many challenges due to globalization and digitization that I want to solve together with my clients.
As a medium-sized entrepreneur, I myself am very closely involved in all projects of our company. I was born and raised in Benin, speak 6 languages and am able to communicate with local people. With my company, I create a valuable trade bridge between Europe and Africa.
